Meet Rafael Sosa…..
Born and raised in Mazatlán, Rafael Sosa is a bi-lingual citizen of Mexico. He spent 2001 to 2006 with Lincka Investments, LLC in Fort Collins, Colorado as Development & Real Estate Manager for Lincka Investments, LLC -Resort projects- ( www.lincka.com ), where he assisted in implementing and managing all of the existing closing divisions, including the property management, property rental and trust-processing departments for the company. Rafa holds a degree in International Business Management, and most recently he acquired his real estate license from the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate (NCCRE) in Loveland. While in Colorado, Rafa began working with Remax, where he remained for the following four years. He continued his journey back home and formed a part of the first Remax that opened in Mazatlan, The following two years, Sosa’s primary goal had been to improve the way real estate is sold in Mexico. Since then, Sosa has been discovering the safest and most efficient closing process in Mexico working with very well known Notaries, Mexican Banks, etc. As a real estate agent, Rafa’s knowledge and experience in Mexico and US, his commitment to excellence, along with the recommendation from his friends, family, and clients has now led him to the opening of his own company, SOSA MAZATLAN REALTY.
Today, Sosa is one of the acknowledged leaders in the Mazatlan area. As an active community member, Sosa’s area knowledge and local network have resulted in continued high-end, amenity-rich developments in the Mazatlan market, not to mention many satisfied clients.
Sosa’s family they are true Mazatlan locals that have been involved in real estate since the 70´s leading them to a wealth of information and contacts that are of true value in this business. They have the knowledge and experience to cull out the properties that do not fit your needs, and to show you only those properties that suit your lifestyle, price range and living requirements. Most real estate companies live by the old rule, "you have to list to exist," meaning they try to list everything possible. On the other hand, RE/MAX Mazatlan knows a satisfied client refers us more clients. This is a very basic philosophy, and it is how Rafael Sosa has managed to accumulate more sales than most realtors in the Mazatlan market.
For Rafa, living and vacationing in other resort communities has revealed the characteristics that make Mazatlan unique. The climate, the laid back, friendly atmosphere, the abundance of natural resources and the people are what makes this city so special. Mazatlan’s clean air, safe neighborhoods, low cost of living and close proximity to recreational opportunities and magical towns makes this town a must for investments or retirees.
When not busy finding the perfect home for you, Rafa enjoys his days in Mazatlan by going to the beach, hiking and camping in the region’s expansive national forests and wilderness areas, as well as boating and fishing in our Pacific Ocean. He also enjoys (and recommends) the quality performances brought to Mazatlan.
“My mission is to sell quality investments to people who enjoy everything life has to offer and set them up with the perfect match for their needs. I aim to focus on customer service, and follow up thoroughly before and after the sale. I stand motivated to exceed client expectations. My team, contacts and hometown is the foundation of my success. I represent my clients in a professional manner providing a full service Real Estate Company capable of completely satisfying our customers.
